Toploader Sleeve

A soft sleeve cut for a rigid toploader rather than for a bare card. The holder takes the handling — corners, sleeves, box lips — and this film takes the handling off the holder.

• The holder stops getting scuffed. A toploader picks up fine scratches at the corners every time it goes in and out of a case. A film over it is far cheaper to replace than the holder.
• Cut for a 76 × 102 mm holder. Taller and wider than a card sleeve, so it goes on and off without forcing the weld or bowing the holder.
• Clear over clear. Two clear layers still read as one card in a photo or on a shelf — nothing to dull the face behind glass.
• Sold beside the holder, not instead of it. A shop can offer one card already in both layers: sleeve, toploader, top sleeve — the same stack a collector builds at home.
